The customer had an attendance management system which used to monitor in and out time of employees. This attendance management system also had reporting, but the customer had to manually make changes to the reports for hundreds of employees at the end of each month. So the customer decided to export the attendance raw data and with our help was able to get the perfect customized attendance report that was flawless and worked like a charm at the click of a button.

We programmed all the rules in VBA as per the customer requirement. At the end of each month when attendance and payroll had to be calculated, by the single click of the button the entire data was made available each time for the customer.

There are many invoicing systems in the market. Some of these also import bank statements. However most of these are paid systems where customers have to shell out money every month. Our customer approached us who wanted to integrate their bank statement with their excel sheet in a single step. By building this solution for them using VBA scripting, they were freed from the wasting money every month for what was a one-time payment task.

A startup was not keen to hire an accountant early in the game but wanted an easy to use invoicing system that the owner could use who had an understanding of very basic accounting system. We customized a very easy to use invoicing and inventory system for them using just 3 worksheets. They could then take a print of their very professional looking invoice and send it to their customers.

We also created for them a very simple ledger to keep track of outstanding payments from their customers.
